Whenever I'm on vacation I love visiting old castles, cloisters, etc. I love viewing the old buildings and I always get a lot of inspirations in colors and shapes for my stitching. There are only a few days when the the shrub at our entrance is blooming like you can see on the picture. I really enjoy every minute of this time and wish you all a happy spring time!
Queen of Birds

Queen of Birds

The sampler is stitched on 32 count sand linen with one ply of silk over two linen threads. The stitch count is 135x135 stitches. And now?? What will come next??
